01 / Current order availability
The English PDFs are prepared. Sales, payments, preorders and customer download access are not open. Payment setup has been deferred. The following explains how digital purchase issues will be handled when sales open.
02 / Ask for help with a digital purchase
Contact surpport@join7nexv.com with your order reference, the email used for the order, and a short description. Relevant issues include a duplicate charge, a missing or inaccessible download, a corrupted or wrong file, or content materially different from its description. Please do not send card details, passwords, or medical records.
03 / How an issue is assessed
We first check the order and the reported problem. Where appropriate, we may provide a working link, the correct file, or a replacement. If we cannot provide the purchased content as described, or applicable law otherwise entitles you to a refund or another remedy, we will provide that remedy. A completed download does not by itself remove rights relating to defective or misdescribed content.
04 / Cancellation and change of mind
Digital files cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. Cancellation or withdrawal rights depend on applicable law and the circumstances of supply. If immediate access requires your express consent and acknowledgement about withdrawal rights, this will be requested separately before supply. Simply browsing the site or reading this policy is not that consent.
05 / Refund processing
Where a refund is due, we confirm the amount and the available processing method with you. Refunds will normally be made through the original payment route where possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary; no fixed arrival time is promised. Payment setup is currently deferred; the store is not accepting orders.
06 / Your rights remain
This policy does not impose a blanket no-refund rule and does not limit mandatory consumer rights. There is no warehouse address, return parcel, restocking charge, or shipping deduction for our digital-only collection.
