01 / Respect for rights

strongTV respects intellectual property rights. Buying a digital guide does not transfer ownership of its copyright or permit public redistribution. If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, contact us with a clear report so we can locate and review it.

02 / Where to send a report

Send copyright reports to surpport@join7nexv.com with the subject “Copyright report — strongTV”. This is our store contact for copyright concerns. It is not a statement that a designated DMCA agent has been registered.

03 / Information to include

Identify the copyrighted work and your connection to the rights holder. Give the exact page URL and enough detail to locate the material in question. Include your name and reliable contact details, your physical or electronic signature, and a statement explaining your good-faith belief that the reported use is not authorized by the rights holder, its representative, or the law.

04 / Accuracy and authority

Please confirm that your report is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for that person. If submitting a formal DMCA notification, include the declarations and contact information required by the applicable statutory process, including the declaration under penalty of perjury concerning your authority to act.

05 / How reports are handled

We review reports, may ask for missing information, and may restrict or remove material where appropriate. A complaint does not automatically establish infringement. We may retain relevant correspondence and share information with the affected party or relevant advisers as needed to address the complaint, subject to applicable law.

06 / Mistaken removal or other questions

If you believe your material has been affected by an error, contact support with the affected URL, your explanation, and evidence of authorization. Any formal counter-notification or further action will be handled according to the applicable process. For order or download problems, use Help & Downloads instead.
