01 / What strongTV offers
Our collection consists of English digital educational files about workout preparation, training environments, gym etiquette, and equipment awareness. We do not sell physical products or provide personal training, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice. Read the Fitness Disclaimer before using any fitness-related material.
02 / Current collection status
The English PDFs are prepared. Sales, payments, preorders and customer download access are not open. Payment setup has been deferred. Product pages identify the prepared files; they are not active purchase or preorder offers.
03 / Prices and future orders
Prices are in United States dollars (USD): $14.99, $34.99, $54.99 and $79.99 for the respective named editions. A different currency symbol in an external payment account does not change the store currency. Before orders open, checkout must display the amount payable and any applicable taxes or charges. Confirmed order details govern that order; later price changes do not alter an existing order.
04 / File contents and overlapping editions
Each edition is one English PDF, version 1.0, readable on a phone, tablet or computer with a standard PDF reader. Worksheets are printable and are not interactive forms. Essentials: 10 pages, approximately 2.7 MB; Home & Gym: 16 pages, approximately 2.8 MB; Strength: 18 pages, approximately 2.6 MB; Complete Library: 30 pages, approximately 2.3 MB. No printed book, equipment, physical shipping or shipping fee is included. The Home & Gym and Strength editions each include all Essentials content, then add their own specialist section. Strength does not include the dedicated Home & Gym section. The Complete Library includes all three sections plus six additional workbook pages. Choose one suitable edition to avoid paying twice for shared content.
05 / Download access
When sales open, download access will be released automatically after payment is confirmed, normally on the order confirmation page and in the order email. Registered customers can also use My Account > Downloads. An unpaid, failed or pending payment does not release a download. Email arrival and payment confirmation can be delayed; contact support if access is missing after confirmed payment. No fixed download-count limit or expiry is configured for these four PDFs. Save a local copy after purchase. This is not a promise of uninterrupted hosting or lifetime online access. Personal access links must not be shared. We can investigate access issues and restore access for a valid order where appropriate; no second purchase is required solely to report a broken link.
06 / Personal-use permission
When a paid guide is made available to you, the purchase provides a non-exclusive permission to read it and keep reasonable copies for your own personal use, subject to the product’s stated terms. Copyright remains with the applicable rights holder. Unless separately authorized, do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share access links, remove ownership notices, or repackage the files as your own product. Any additional license restrictions must be disclosed before purchase.
07 / Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information when using account or order features. Keep login and download links private. Do not interfere with the website, misuse another person’s account, or distribute unlawful material. Guide images illustrate training settings and are not personalized instructions, evidence of a professional endorsement, or a promise of results.
08 / Delivery, problems, and refunds
Read Help & Downloads for delivery information and our Digital Refund Policy for support and refund requests. Contact us about inaccessible, corrupted, incorrect, or materially misdescribed files. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
09 / Availability and changes
We may update the website and its collection. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular fitness outcome. Changes to these terms will show a new date; they will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order. Any restriction on liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
